Poor UK. A sad day when the unthinking dullards, the racists and the fascists have driven her around the u bend and straight down the sewer.

"We will not start negotiations immediately. We will begin internal discussions on what outcomes we want. We need a plan before moving forward. I will resign and we will hold a general election to choose those who will take the will of the people to Brussels. This will be a slow process."
^ what Cameron should say.

What will happen when people realise the utopia they have voted for is actually the apocalypse? Sadly a descent into outright fascism I fear.

There is much celebration in my factory today. Shambling fuckwits high-fiving each other and clapping. Tatty little Union Jack flags have miraculously appeared on people's lockers and the temp staff are looking grim.
My incredibly irritating colleague, Intense Ginger Bloke is looking pleased. He voted #Brexit. He keeps telling me to have faith, that the drop in the pound is a blip, that Boris Johnson seems a decent bloke, then he asks me when the election will happen.
He hasn't got a clue.
I want to go home. -

Coming to terms with the nationality I thought I was (British), doesn't exist anymore. I don't want my boy to be English though, because I'm ashamed of that.

How long before they close the border and put up The Wall? Have we got time to make it to France?

Wilders, Le Pen, BoJo-Gove-Farage, fucking Donald Trump. They're on a roll.
Is Canada still an option or will Trudeau budge to the right as well?

Bye bye u guys... At least my next order from wiggle just got heavily discounted. Am really sad to hear this, far right nutters everywhere in the EU will use this to get ahead.

Cite Peston, remember when we voted for Thatcher and how it was all prosperity and buoyancy in the nineties? Remember the pain of getting through the eighties, strikes, unemployment, high interest rates, Slade. Is that what you want, 'cause that's what you voted for.

Ironically I'm being paid to cone to London at the last minute to fill a shortage of skilled workers at one of London's biggest cultural institutions, so I'll be able to sample the sour ambiance for myself in about 45 mins. I'm Tempted to just buy a lump hammer and come out swinging at anything with a vote leave sticker, but the cunts have probably taken one glance at the market chaos, another at Boris and that streak of shit Gove not knowing what the fuck they're actually doing and quietly taken them off.
Fucking gormless hoofwanking cunt-arsenals.

It's apparent that this result is a protest by the poorer, neglected parts of the UK, largely labour, against the austerity supporting rich, rather than out and our racism.

On my way in to work someone had kicked over every single Leave banner.
Too little too late, my friend, too little too late... -

why such negativity, complaining will not solve a problem - if you view this as a loss, a rise of prejudice that threatens social progression then SO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! This is a huge opportunity for social change to gain political representation to the people who have suffered austerity for years.
There will be a storm in the markets, in FOREX, in bonds and also in party politics that will shred the tories. There is a lot of division but ignore that, look at the failure of the economy that was restructured on a housing bubble to exploit the poorer, look at how much development is backed by overseas investment as a result of our 'strengthening economy' which was a lie. There will be a collapse of moral for those who don't have a bigger view for social change.
If you are left / liberal and care about equality then fight prejudice and exploitation by uniting to change the colours of Westminster. This is your opportunity, seize the day and continue to welcome each opportunity with humanity. We will all be fine, always have faith in people, but Europe is now uncertain, the right have an opportunity as it appears they have a majority to defend borders, fight this, fight it harder than you have before and unite with those who want a real economy for the people. Defend immigration, defend all your principles and don't let them be trampled because your disheartened. View change as an opportunity, for greater good. The future is in our collective hands, embrace this result to be better people. Economy is not based on ecology or humanity, but it could be in a better future.
People are not good or bad, there is no evil just ignorance and fear. Educate and inform, show compassion and defend those persecuted. We will be fine, but why settle for fine, be better.
Namaste
