WTD: 27.2 carbon seatpost, 110-120m 25.4 stem, Wide rims 700c road wheels, Shadow+ rear mech & r/h shifter

Looking for the following for a new build. I'm Manchester based, so postage will probably be required

1. 27.2mm carbon seatpost
   
2. 700c road wheels. shimano compatible, wide rims, relatively light preferred. Something like Fulcum 5 LG would be ideal,
   
3. long 25.4 clamp stem fo r1 1/8 steerer. light is good
   
4. shadow+ clutch rear mech and r/h shifter
