What I have, mega grippy and the large platform means they're comfortable with soft soled shoes, great bearings and cheap.
The problem with the MKS Sylvan is that they're slippy when wet and uncomftable with soft shoes, you really need toe cages with them...MKS Lambda might be a safe bet too

I really like my MKS GR-10s, hard to get in this country though, and they need some kind of clip / restrap really as they don't have much grip. Nice big platform though.

+1 for the MKS Lambda. Such good pedals for the price.
I also really rate Blackspire pedals. Super grippy.

Can anyone recommend silver flat pedals that are nice to use and nice to look at?
