There's a really nice place called Neuruppin, it's less than 80km via Oranienburg, and there's a beautiful lake there. If you take the cycle routes you will see some really, really old Germany. I passed through a village with cobbles the size of rocks.
I threw away my photocopies of the maps so I can't remember the numbers, but you will find them all signposted.
Disagree there are no hills. Across the three weeks I cycled across Germany I found at least two.
