Do you know how many 10k track races she'd run before? When had she set her previous PB? It's all speculation and insinuation.
Added: Her previous 10k pb was set in her first ever 10k track race, and this race was her third ever.
I've no idea if she dopes or not, but you can't build a watertight case based on the fact that, at the age of 23, she beat her previous 1ok pb, and she lives in Andorra.
