Has anyone set up a fantasy league for the TdF yet?

I've got my middle of the road Froome fanboy team set up.

Froome has fans? I thought Sky just paid people to post those tweets.

I quite like him.

What exactly about Froome do you like? His charisma?

I bet it's his rather versatile emoji vocabulary.

I like the fact that his head looks like a golf ball balanced upon a tee.

And that he is fully controlled by someone from within the team car through bluetooth.

Yeah. I don't care that he's a bit introverted and that you have to pay attention rather than be spoonfed his personality by a fawning media. I don't need antics and some effusive rockstar attitude to like someone.

I like that he does win. I don't dislike him when he doesn't as much as I do other GC contenders.

i agree he is charmless and boring and a stem watcher. But i still like and support him. Not 100% sure why.

Team Gigantic-Alpaca confirmed entry, picked on Surnames that are first names, was an abundance of choice this year except in contenders so Ala"philip"pe is the only tenuous entry.

@Gustav well done! Your team made more and more sense to me the longer this tour lasted!

Yeah, was a bit shocked by the result but I got some lucky picks...Pantano and De Gendt were cheap as chips but paid back big time and I stayed clear of the sprinters (don't think many people went all in on Cavendish) whereas lots of people were counting on Greipel or Kittel to deliver. I know that I won't be nearly as lucky next time

Bumping this thread because it's nearly time for some armchair experting. The first race is Omloop, in a couple of days, I've created an LFGSS league on Road CC - number 77463. Join up and beat my score.

Only just got round to armchair speculation. Am abroad with only live tickets to keep me in touch with cycling!
