What @ewanmac says is correct. You can wear non-club kit in CTT events (must have sleeves and not be pro or trade team kit).
BC is irrelevant for your CTT affiliation but dk what BC might want.
I don't believe lfgss pays an advertising fee (I'm on the London West CTT ctte). Its not a commercial site so don't think it would apply.
