What we talking thread wise? Can't quite tell by the pics... 30cm of unthreaded steer, so no threads at all?And any idea of origin?

No threads at all. Got them from an old bikeshop owner here in the Netherlands, origin could be Dutch as well as Italian (a lot of Dutch bikeshops had connections with Italian builders).
You would need to get them threaded or run an ahead system.

I have been looking for a while too, they are rare! They will be going on a 59 cm frame.
Blb do some flat crown track forks if you didn't realise?

Don't do it, so much easier to find forks for a59 than a 64.

Hello,
Was going to put these on my Balk, but decided to stick to the Carbon ones as a brake can be applied to that one.
So no I'm selling these NOS track forks:
They're painted black and have a few chips from storage, but otherwise they've never been used.
Sold!
