Hi, selling my Dosnoventa frame which I got recently from them. Only to realise the size is wrong for me.

Cost me just over £1000 with tax and shipping.

The frame is brand new obviously.

So you're actually selling it for exactly the same price you paid for it (minus the shipping cost) ?
Is the warranty transferrable? Otherwise, apart from the wait for shipping, and unless your price includes postage, why wouldn't someone just buy it from them direct ?

Can't you just send it back ?

It should be transferrable, I see why not. If I send it back I'll have to pay for postage yet again, both ways.

You should try to send it back/exchange it. You are very unlikely to get your money back otherwise.

I know! I'm in the process of emailing with them, h=they are just so slow to respond..

They are in Seoul at the moment.
