So the final outcome is based on some sort of (unspecified in that link) ranking of the groups as a whole and then the third place teams within those groups. Sounds like something Damo would come up with...
As it stands - Czechs or Romania are the most likely, with small likelihood of NI. If we top the group. Glad that's cleared up.
