Haha. Nice, looking forward to it!

So.. we have a red brick building with distinctively-shaped chimneys. The window looks boarded-up. My friend thinks possibly an old school building. A completely different style building next door.
Because of the time of the post, I'll hazard @capcap took the photo on Thursday evening. The whiteish glow to the left of the photo could be the sun in the west, meaning that we're probably facing north - more or less.
Interesting surface under the bike... not pavement. Top end of a car park? Plus is that sand? Sand indicates the sea obviously, not that there's much sand in Btn.
The red flowers... saw a lot of them along the sea front cycle paths, when cycling to Worthing and back with Mrs. Sea-Level last Sunday. Saw them again on the undercliff between Rottingdean and the marina this morning, when cycling with my friend. So... possibly an indicator that we're down near the sea.

Yeah I should have probably said I'll play tomorrow if I can figure out where the hell it is

Ah! I know where it is! I'll head out tomorrow for it

Well done. That one stumped me and my support team - just couldn't get a lock on it. Where is it...?

Your new one is in the car park on the roof of Churchill Square shopping centre, facing west, looking down on Europcar.
I won't go up there myself to snap, because I already tried to tag there a few weeks ago and got "told off" by security.
Do I get the tag?

Funnily enough, I tried to tag in exactly the same place that you did.

It was the old barracks on lewes road. I just thought of the places that might be derelict. First thought was Whitehawk or moulsecoomb but then remembered this place. Bit of a travesty there's all that unused land and buildings there. So much potential going to waste.
Yeah I thought it would be an easy central one, easy enough to get on the roof. It's a nice fast ride down the multi storey on the other side.
Get up there I doubt anyone will care that much. There were a couple of Eastern European blokes doing handbrake turns up there when I was there

That is amazing! Awesome work. I would never, ever have got that.

No thanks. I was told by security that I wasn't allowed to rest my bike against the barrier (in front of the railings in your photo) and I wasn't allowed to photograph up there because of the Prevention of Terrorism Act or something, and I was warned that I was caught on CCTV. Didn't see much point in arguing about it, so I said okay I'll remove my bike from the barrier, and not take a photo - and cycled off to find somewhere else. But yes - it was a nice, fast ride down!

Good hunting @Dogtemple! It is a bit of a travesty but it has a hope of a future (someday). Also love the Orbit!
Look forward to the next tag from @sea-level

Thanks chappies. The Orbit is pretty nice, up for sale too, might start using this bike tag as a for sale ad... This tagging is a good excuse to go out for a ride at least

Can we have a clue, I thought I had an idea of where it was but couldn't find it

It's very central. That back entrance (always locked) is probably passed by hundreds of tourists and shoppers every day - most of whom probably don't notice it. The front is very grand, but I have no idea what the building is or what it's for.

I know where it is! Planning in getting it tomorrow afternoon, if no one gets there first...

Got around to it today, location is East St. on the cobbled stretch facing the Old Steine. Arrived to the gates open so had to stand around for a while waiting for them to close... New one is something colourful for this rainy day

Okay was planning to snap from a different angle to give some more to go on (didn't fully realise how hard I'd made it). However went over a pothole and wrote of a rim so instead I'll give a written clue:
If you find yourself at a new development site, close to a park with a very popular skatepark look for a coffee shop...
haha, this was dead for years now you guys are on it like white on rice. ill try play tomorrow
