Well, both, 6800 and Force22 have a rear mid size derailleur that goes up to 32 on the back I think?

Makes sense.

Would be cheaper to just go up to 32 with new cassette and read derailleur. if theres nothing wrong with your 6700 anyway.

Ehrm ... 32 only when going full monty and upgrading to 11 speed. 30 is max on 6700
