I was about to recommend the Lifeline Ti bottle cage (again) but according to Wiggle it's no longer available. However, this "RSP" one appears to be exactly the same design, and stated weight of 22g. Anway, I like.

I saw a frame last week that came in a box like that one... Correction: I saw 2 half frames when that box was opened.

That hole is likely caused by burrowing steel weevils, the whole frame will be infested, send it back.
