A couple of targets for me:

an 18 on the UC251 (8.3 Miles) - best last year was 19.13
a 21 on the U7b (10M)
a 20 10M
sub 55 for 25M

So I managed a 18.59 on the uc251 last night, so that's that one done :)

Likewise! - hoping the rain holds off and the traffic lights magically dissapear again tonight :)
Lower pressure (much) and humid with low winds forecast... could be quick enough for you to grab PJ's pb...

PB on the U7b is 22.12 I think (last year)
