Simple answers for simple minded people, like yourself:
Did it sell for £18 on eBay - yes.
Did the buyer flake the payment after countless messages telling him/her to pay - yes.
Is this frame worth £18 - no.
Am I wanting under what I paid for a brand new (never built/ridden) frame? - yes.
Therefore, if you are serious about grabbing yourself a genuine bargain please comment on this thread.

So did you pay £18 for this and fancied a little profit or you just didn't want to sell it on eBay because you didn't get what you wanted for it?
