a 54:30 25, which I'd be pretty happy with.

Try for the extra couple of seconds to get within 10 minutes of the Competition Record :-)

Good point, worth a go. On the return leg of the E2/10, my Strava segment is within a minute of Alex Dowsett's KOM time. Different days, sadly, and it was a lot windier when I set that time.
