You need to measure the OLD of the hub (easier said than done).
This will confirm if the hub is coming up short and if so, by how much (which you'll need to know to correct it).
You could also check the Campag tech docs for an exploded view.
So how would I go about changing the OLD of the hub even if I did have the apperatus to measure such a thing?
Manufacture a new axle (A) and one or both of the spacers (B&C)
Add spacers/washers inside of the locknut.
