I expressed that to him in person when we met in January. Along with a few other rules that need to be clearer.
Feel free to post on the facebook group. Or email the race@... Anna is managing that.
But the rule is clear, it says no drafting. And it's not ambiguous about it. People just interpreted the rules in the way they wanted to gain.

Completely agree - I wish he would firm up the rule and make it a bit more explicit that people can't run a paceline for the first 7 or 8 hours.
