It's not so much a case of 'losing' (the fast guys will always be waaay faster than me) - more one of improving my time to qualify for match sprints etc. Outdoor pb is 12.24 in shit conditions at the moment - would like to go sub 12. Indoors I've done 11.7 or so (but not done a 200m indoors this season - should have shaved a couple of tenths off). It's hard to know where you are when doing 200m's outdoors all the time. Too many variables.
