"Hi Guys,
Could you please write a great review of our new lock? No sorry, you can't test if it works against theft. It must be returned in a pristine state." -

I dunno...
I'd never want to own one of course, but could be persuaded to occasionally use one if there was evidence that varying your position would help training the muscles in your legs in a more rounded way.
Do recumbent users end up with differently proportioned leg musculature? -
• #906
Wouldn't any different riding position affect different muscles?. I think varying position perhaps with different cycle positions came be bad.
-
• #907
If that the case, then running would be a bad ideas.

It is Ed which is why runners do stretches to undo tight hamstrings etc. Continually preforming the same action changes your body to suit only that action (pumpingiron.jpg)

Supplementing your cycling with exercises to strengthen "neglected" areas is good ideas.
Lots less knee pain after I started doing single leg squats every morning.

Running is always a bad idea.

Chicken
-
• #913
Running with a chicken is probably better than running with scissors but still a bad idea.
-
• #914
Why did the chicken cross the road?
Because she didn't supplement her running with exercises to strengthen her "neglected areas" (sounds pervy) and as a result she can't fly anymore. -

Finally! Always wanted to find a way to cycle while I'm commuting through London but never knew how to combine the two things.
Can the bus be bought with the "cycle to work" discount? -

Free bike, as long as you're happy to be a rolling billboard
Do you want to ride to work but can’t afford to upgrade to a good enough bike to get you to the office? New cycling initiative Buzzbike seems to be offering a deal that is almost too good to be true.
The scheme will see members be given a free, top-of-the-range single speed to take home and keep, as well as some lights, a bike lock and even insurance for a deposit of £100.
All you need to do in order to keep the bike is ride to work on it a minimum of 12 days a month and park it on the street. Your commutes will be tracked through an app that automatically connects your phone with your Buzzbike

Jesus fucking christ.
Take a perfect idea, make it shit. No sitting, less mechanical advantage, zero aero advantage, fuck all comfort. Plus you'll look like a cunt. Everyone loves looking like a cunt, right?

It's just for suits in a hurry to get on their Rat Race Special to Romford, no?

They have Segway's for that already. That is not for anyone at all

Is that to stop you accelerating too fast?
I'm about to buy a new cassette to increase the overall gear range on my road bike to 3.3
I might eventually sort out my MTB so that it can get top gear and give an overall range of 3.0
All my other bikes have a gear range of 1
Clearly I have no use for a 5:1 gear range
