DKN Eco Run Treadmill - still under warranty!

I'm renting out my spare room (just behind Gipsy Hill station SE19) and unfortunately need to make some more room in the spare bedroom. This is an excellent treadmill, much wider and sturdier then normal folding treadmills - it also goes properly fast! It's in great condition (a bit dusty post house renovations and a small amount of superficial damage to one of the arms from moving, nothing more then a small tear in the rubber sheathing).
The dimensions are in the picture, but one of the arms can be taken off to fit through narrow doorways. The Ecorun also connects to bluetooth and has some brilliant accompanying apps that allow you to program in runs, run on different routes globally, etc. This model always tops the polls for the best home use treadmill.
