I just had a return on Ebay where I shipped it back but tracking showed seller had been carded twice and was just avoiding receiving it: phoned eBay, agent looked at it and said "that's fine, you've obviously returned it and there's nothing you can do if the seller won't accept it so you're getting your refund back in your account within the hour" I don't see why your case should be any different if the seller won't engage with customs and PayPal korea is dicking you around the UK division should be able to look at it for you and reverse the decision so I'd give them a ring, be polite as the village vicar and say the seller's being a dick and refusing to collect. As long as you have some kind of tracking showing its current status the that's enough.

Problem is the tracking is only showing, 'awaiting presentation to customs.' It doesn't state any other information. I'm starting to think that the delivery company is at fault here and has fucked up. I'm going to speak to them on monday, if that doesn't get me anywhere, my dad knows someone who speaks korean and will be able to phone korean customs and hopefully find out what the hold up is.
I've contacted the seller, I don't think hems recieved anything. Will be on the phone with the delivery company one Monday
