That's sounds poor at the very least and I'd be concerned too: a full week is ample time for delivery to be made, or at the very least let you know why it hadn't been and when it would be.
This isn't intended to be finger-wagging or preachy (and is as much for the information of others as you) but even when you've done your "due diligence", there's always the "abducted by aliens/run over by a bus" scenario: a seller can be as straight as a die, but in the event of the foregoing you're still out of pocket.
Give it the weekend, then post details here: hopefully someone knows them and will give them a nudge.
