  • So.. we have a red brick building with distinctively-shaped chimneys. The window looks boarded-up. My friend thinks possibly an old school building. A completely different style building next door.

    Because of the time of the post, I'll hazard @capcap took the photo on Thursday evening. The whiteish glow to the left of the photo could be the sun in the west, meaning that we're probably facing north - more or less.

    Interesting surface under the bike... not pavement. Top end of a car park? Plus is that sand? Sand indicates the sea obviously, not that there's much sand in Btn.

    The red flowers... saw a lot of them along the sea front cycle paths, when cycling to Worthing and back with Mrs. Sea-Level last Sunday. Saw them again on the undercliff between Rottingdean and the marina this morning, when cycling with my friend. So... possibly an indicator that we're down near the sea.
