Got several requests from "Chloe hunter" also. Looked up info about the website in the bio it's a scam date website. Or could be bike thieves

I thought I was special :-(

I'd be pretty pissed if someone was using a picture of me especially to scam people

I also received three of these spam emails from Strava today.
Edit - Laner has identified the subject of the photo as a forumenger.

Had a series of new followers this week.
Someone needs to tell her it's too cold for summer kit. Oh and Chamois cream, she'll need some.Looks like you found another riding partner. Shanel Yannatos is now following you on Strava.

Seen this yet? Cool 3D ride visualisation tool, they're still working on it so as yet it's not possible to enter ride numbers (but they'll e-mail a link with a visualisation of your first ride after you register)

You could have at least hashtagged it and created a video, come on, get in the game

Anyone with strava premium able to download the gpx of this ride and email it to me?

Seems like every month, my Premium subscription stops working for a few days always around the end of the month. Anyone else have a similar problem?
It's set up to auto-renew, don't know if Strava are just being mental and thinking I haven't paid because the cash isn't in their account within 17.6seconds past midnight, much like an old landlord I had once...

Any external websites out there which can show all segments, and not just the semi-random selection the explore feature on strava seems to give?

Velo viewer?

I can see segments I've ridden, on a map, but this is more for speculative route planning so I'd like to see everything.

I sent a special request to relive.cc to make a video of my tour divide run last summer. 2700 miles in one strava activity. They can't handle it!

I've just recently got a premium membership and I'm playing around with the fitness and freshness graphs. I'm not training or anything, I just find it interesting. Should I wear my HR monitor when commuting to get a better measure of when I've properly recovered? Or will it make no difference?

Joined one of the beginner training plans just to have a gander at it, it's broadcast to everyone and doesn't seem to be deletable. Bit crap.

It depends. If you're doing long commutes that make up the majority of your riding and regularly go zone 3+, then yes.
If shorter commutes in zone 1-2 with the majority of your riding outside of this, then the commutes aren't going to add too much fatigue. Also, listen to your body. I've done hill repeats that have trashed my legs for the next day with my TSB happily in the positive.

Is it still possible to download a gpx of another athlete's ride/segment including their power data?
It certainly used to be possible (I did it a year or so ago) but I can't figure it out now. Have they removed that feature?
In a way I hope they have... the privacy issues are a bit dodgy, but at the same time I want to spy on TT rivals :-)

http://strava-tools.raceshape.com/vpu/ should get you a .crs file from an activity and you might be able to convert that to a gpx (or tcx) file.
Just had a follow request from Chloe. She's looking for a training partner. I'm confused.
