May I say that the front mudguard should be attached behind the fork crown. It will be a better fit as the flat bit will rest at the bottom of the crown between the blades. It will be a more rigid setup and won't flap about much on rough terrain. Then you could carefully bend the plate so the guard follows the curvature of the tyre.
Also front catcher is not catching at the moment.

Took receipt of another set of Lytaloy levers today. The Lytaloy stamping is different on this set. My hoarding is reaching extremes now collecting bits that have no bike to go on. Need to stop this!
