Michael Dunlop and Ian Hutchinson have been imperious. Truly seems with the narrowing of the spreads between Superbike and Superstock that this has got to be close to the outright limit for bike development for the Island.
Love the TT. -

Would love to goto this one year but
A) seems like it'll cost a fortune.
B) needs to be booked early.
C) as much fun as riding around the island with no speed limit sounds, I've watched a few YouTube vids of punters ragging around and tipping into bends at 100+mph, 3 deep with cunts you don't know is definitely not my idea of fun.Therefor, would a trip to Ireland to watch some road racing be a better idea?

I went for five years on the trot between 1980-84. It is well worth doing but it isn't cheap. I seem to remember the beer wasn't that good (Castletown anyway) but it is a beautiful island best seen in July and August to keep away from those scummy bikers. I think out of all the trips only 1984's visit passed without a major set-back for one of us in my group. Character building.
In this increasingly anodyne world here's a thread to celebrate the incredible event that is the IOM TT.
