Yeah. Shimano r320 fit me great. But those were not comfortable for me, the weird use of buckles and velcro caused them to cut and be tight in places.
Wish shimano would make a good shoe, as their last is perfect for my foot shape.

Also. How fucking expensive are cycling shoes? For no reason.
I bought some top end motorbike boots, the best. With goretex. Less than most cycling shoes and with way more engineering.Plus you never know if a cycling shoe fits till you've put several hours into it. Then it's too late to return.

Also. How fucking expensive is everything to do with cycling ? For no reason.
Probably more accurate

Cracking stage at the Dauphine today. Sky's aggressive tactics from the spring classics are now being used to great effect in the stage races. Landa did a cracking job of wearing out Tinkoff's domestiques today, and then Froome applied the coup de grace to take the stage and the lead. Not sure what Titchie Ritchie was thinking, why he collaborated with Froome is beyond me, he'd have taken the lead if he'd won the stage.

Millar comment "I think he forgot he was in a red jersey"

I'm thinking Porte would rather work with Froome to put time into Bertie, he is now second by a small margin, and 20 seconds ahead of Bertie.
Better outcome than trying too hard to beat Froome and crack.

I'm keen to see how ten dam goes at TDS. He's been living at altitude in the US since the end of last season.
-
• #8261
I think I could contain myself near you if you wore them.

Effects of altitude may have worn off by now.

He's been living in Santa Cruz since he moved to the US, which was earlier this year, and is on the Pacific coast. He's spent the last month or so at altitude in Lake Tahoe.
-
• #8264
Oh I thought he'd been on Tahoe longer.
It seems you need to be at altitude now a lot to be in the game. Everyone is spending several weeks for the grand tours at altitude. -

Pfffft and they say pro cycling is about suffering

Good news from team Lotto Jumbo: Dylan Groenewegen wins Rundum Köln (beating Greipel, wow)
Bad news from team Lotto Jumbo: Robert Gesink out of the Tour de Suisse after a crash, injury hopefully not spoiling his TdF participation

Yeah was excellent.
Are we not allowed to post spoilers?

Anyone who doesn't watch races live spoils things for him/herself by reading updates on this page before checking race footage, no?
-
• #8274
Spoilers my arse.
Was hoping Contador would have a bit more but did well just to isolate Froome... Sky's just too strong compared to other teams so doesn't bode well for the overall battle at the tour.

Sagan's finish in the TDS tho. On point...
ah never used them .. just aesthetically pleasing in the shimano spectrum.
