May I say that the front mudguard should be attached behind the fork crown. It will be a better fit as the flat bit will rest at the bottom of the crown between the blades. It will be a more rigid setup and won't flap about much on rough terrain. Then you could carefully bend the plate so the guard follows the curvature of the tyre.
Also front catcher is not catching at the moment.

My brother will be riding this one. Once again, can't recommend Joel from Blue Door cycles highly enough especially when you're as mechanicaly inept as I am. He'll treat all your old shit with the care it deserves.
