I've been riding my vintage Fred chariot now that the sun has put his hat on, the new (20 year old) pedals feel a lot more secure/familiar than the clips and straps, and I glued the adjuster back together so both pedals are complete.
Apologies for my positive rise/MAMIL setup, I understand it offends racey peoples sensibilities.
