it's a Orbit from Sheffield, they are still going - contact them with the frame number (underneath bb shell or chain stay)
the frame clearances are close-ish, yet it has mudguard eyes, so probably an audax/fast tourer. Reynolds 531 is a good tube set.
The chain peg is a nice touch, the stubby seat stay junction with the seat-post a little inelegant.
paint job is quirky, but I find it attractive :)
