If you search for "track end derailleur hanger" (rather than horizontal dropout) you'll find plenty more, this is just one example.

Even if there were, you'd still have the problem of trying to find a decent 120mm hub to take a multiple freewheel, and a decent multiple freewheel to screw onto it. It would be much easier to sell the Langster and buy a road bike.

Toying with the idea of turning an old 2007-08 Specialized Langster into a light tourer.
Are there any off the peg solutions turning a horizontal dropout to one with a derailleur hangar that isn't wafer thin.
And is it possible to fit a Surly Front rack on a bike with a thicker carbon fork that also has a caliper brake?
