Stop drinking/eating dairy products. Reduce sugar intake as much as possible. Stop drinking alcohol. Take probiotics. Find an antihistamine that works for you (this takes a lot of trial and error).
I've found doing all this has really helped reduce symptoms this year. It's still there, I still sneeze here and there but haven't had the asthma stuff and painful eyes...yet.
