Shimano a600 with DZR shoes?

hi all

I want so switch to clipless and have a steel track bike, so those a600 seem like a good compromise between look and function. no eggbeater or attac.

anyone of you riding those shimanos with dzr shoes?

the sneakers don't look that stiff, so I thought some platform would be nice.
do the shoes even touch the platform when you're clipped in?
does the one sided entry suck very much?

any other recommendations?

I ride DZR Minna with A600 and both are good separately and together.

I got the items last week, and they do not fit.

Had to cut the sole on both sides of the cleat, so that the shoe would finally clip into the padal.
