I have a friend who's getting a nice Ritchey stem wholesale, it's a one shot deal though - need to decide. I guess from your story 100mm would be right, for now.

Give it a try, stems can be had so cheap so easy to try before you buy. I had my fit done with a 90mm stem, was happy for a few years, but as my flexibility improved I started to feel cramped. Switched to 100mm and it's been great. Been a few years on that now and will probably try adding another 10mm soon.
