No thanks mate, the supplier listed looks fine, only need 20. I want to build a hangboard which I can use anywhere (not mount just throw a sling over it and a tree in the park). I have more than enough left over ~10mm ply what's the best/ safest way of doubling the thickness? I have four old biscuits and will design some wooden holds from left over pine and move them around the board. Thanks in advance for any advice!

In order of safeness:
buy some 18mm ply. The strongest kinds of ply available in e.g your local travis perkins are, in this order, Birch ply, marine ply, and WPB.
If you're dead set on glueing two bits of 9mm together, spread wood glue thinly over the entire surface of one face, and clamp with an even pressure over night. You could use the bolts and tee nuts to apply the pressure if you don;t have a bunch of clamps. Biscuits wont make it any stronger I don't think.

Flints overprice everything, but you don't have to buy 1000s. if you do want thousands, I can find out who supplies the arch if you like.
