• Half-term last week so swimming was disrupted. The times I was child free there were no lanes at the local pool and the times the lanes were there I was too busy being a parent (or practising benign neglect). Oh well.

    Last week called for 1h40 swim, 3h15 bike, 3h run for 7h55 total. I managed 0 swim, 1h55 run + 1h40 5-a-side for 3h35, and a tiny 10h56 on the bike (thanks to commuting and a 200km Audax yesterday). Weekly total of 14h31.

    Legs feel a little zonked today but I did my usual 10 minutes of kick whilst my daughter was having her swimming lesson and the hour in the cool water of the pool makes the legs feel so much better. Will need to as I'm doing cycle-in/run-home run-in/cycle home on Tue/Thu days in the office.

    This week calls for 2h30/6h10/3h15 for 11h55. That should be possible if I pull my finger out on Wednesday and don't leave it too late to go to the pool. Will take the fixed around RP for the first time in a while too.
