  • Could get into business haha - send a PM. @Howard

  • like that tape with it. But you need to change that awful saddle..

  • looks fucking good on 700s tbf

  • Haha yes saddle is just a dummy- Need other brackets for mounting the fizik...

  • Well - everything set now - first ride done- clogged with mud- very plush with a taste of beefyness

  • .

  • .

  • Make sure you protect the paint on that seat tube somehow. Or get 650b wheels, up to you...

  • damn, this will be a HOT bike!

  • .

  • I had some problems uploading pictures ... Next try

  • Try imgur.com

  • .

  • looks mean!

  • ok I understand the brown now

    looks wicked

  • If give that seat tube about four weeks

  • It does look very very tight..

  • Yea - I'd be helitaping the shit out of it

  • That might just plug the gap

  • I'd be going down to 35mm tyres, or 650b if fat rubber is needed.

  • Tru dat. But if I had to run it in that set-up it's what I'd try before more structural changes. You'd find out quickly and inexpensively if it would work or not.

I'm confused tho - it's not like it's being run outside of its intended parameters* - the show case on their site features 40c nanos.

Having said that, there's a nice disclaimer:

exact tire sizes depend on manufacturing tolerances and rim width, so this is a guideline. Always make sure you have 6mm clearance between tire and frame

    * what language is this?!

  • @Howard swiss guys always sound strange.
I will keep a Sharp aye on the seattube.
Sticked some protector tape from Zefal on it. Seems ok for now. Clearance is the only drawback - otherwise rides really great.
Babylon is burnt at the moment- but 650ties are next on the list.
