It does seem so... Thats how it reads anyway.
I think that's because the SiSL2 NDS arm compensates for the increase in axle length.
See what the results of are of @Dammit 's test. I think it will work, there will just be 5mm of extra Q factor somewhere, possibly all on the NDS.
