Go to a bunch of LBSs and ask if they have spares. I got lucky and mine had the exact Cannondale one i needed. If you run out of options might be worth asking them actually, they have loads of cannondale spares: Ben Thomson Cycleworx

Help needed! So today my plan was to get my Caad7 road ready and go for a little ride vut in missing the bottom bracket cable guide and no where seems to have it in stock, I really want to get it up and running ready for next weekend.
