Else 140bpm monotony but on no sleep I can't promise you'll make it past any park benches on route...
Similar situation going in to, erm, park run this morning. So hardcore, wow.
Smashed it and got a PB +7th place
Thinking was that the quicker I go the quicker it's over and the sooner can I ruin the toilet, again
