Fuck overpriced DLC and fuck season passes

The season pass thing is uncomfortable, yeah.

For whatever reason I bought the Fallout 4 SP, and yeah, the DLC so far has been fun, and looks like good value compared to a wine bar in hackney.

But it felt a bit dirty - effectively gambling that there would be good content.

I'm mostly bitter because of Destiny. Fuck having to buy the same game twice just to get the DLC, fuck having half the pvp game modes removed if you don't buy the latest DLC, fuck not being able to do daily or weekly challenges without buying the latest DLC, fuck being instantly and severely under powered if you don't buy the latest DLC, fuck em.

I sold Destiny (og) for £20 on eBay and bought Destiny Taken King (with the dlc basically) for £25.the original was bundled with my ps4 when I bought it.

Overwatch is currently making me regret ignoring FPS for the longest time, seems really fun despite me being completely useless. Maining Reaper for the minute. Nice to see it works so well on a fairly modest PC too (R9 380 and an ancient i5 - Q3 '09 apparently).

So the extra ~1 year of work they did should just be magically free ?
Pre-DLC they would have called this Witcher 4 and charged you 29.99

I have completed 100% of the quests in Witcher 3 so I got about ~150 hours of gameplay for my £40 at least

nearly half the cost again for what is probably not even 20% of the sum of the main game is not good value.

speaking of fucked up DLC practices, the first two pieces of season pass DLC content for the division is going to be an xbox one exclusive for a month, so even if ps4 and pc players have paid for the dlc they have to wait to play because 'marketing'.

Saw the maps leak, look great actually, it covered a bigger area of South East America, ironically what bother me about RDR is that it was so vast, that it actually leave little room for a new RDR.

Got Dirt Rally on sale. It's tough, but satisfying. And occasionally frustrating.

Getting into Dark Souls 3, got passed the Curse Rotten greatwood, relatively easily, struggled with the frost knight thing in the tower basement before realising I can just run behind it and open the door, then just brapped him easy. In the crucifixion woods now and having a whale of a time.
L30 knight, focusing on shield and long sword.

I got a new TV and it has PS Now on it. So playing Last of Us. Pretty neat.

Also installed an SNES emulator.
