Just had a circuitous and frustrating conversation with 'Harrold' over at ebay about avoiding the scam where I post out an item and the buyer says there was a rag or something equally worthless in the envelope. Basically, there are no official guidelines or protection instructions from ebay.
Anyone got any tips on preventing that seeing as ebay are a bunch of bleeding pissnipples?
