me neither, but a quick bit of googling suggests it is indeed legit!

With the CYBER tube set (1994), specifically for mtb use, with subsequent forms, and then with Genius mtb, Columbus began accumulating World Championship mtb victories

couldn't find much info on it though

not sure why it's nice or special, I believe the frame builders more important and he's quite a well known one?

Columbus Cyber was also used on Cinelli MTB frames of that era. I have a Cinelli Argentovivo frame built by Gary Fisher from that tube set, that I bought from @saarf. I will post pics in this thread when I've built it up.
