EDIT: Ignore the chain slack.
Got a new stem/seatpost.....used. Not sure of the Nitto model...paid $10 for it. Just says Nitto and is the same dimensions of a Pearl/25.4 clamp.
I'm pretty much done with this bike concerning changes so I won't keep posting it here.
Most of the time I use regular pedals/straps...but on longer rides I do clipless.
