and the orange MTB lady filtered through the traffic, overshot the white line, sat there for a few minutes, then just rode through another red light
I find this kind of RLJ'ing behaviour weird. I've seen a few people now wobble through the white line and come to a stop in the junction itself, wait a few minutes, and then set off again
It seems RLJ'ing is habitual with some people. Sitting at a junction with Gloucester Rd, Bristol and a lady on an orange MTB just came straight across under a red (as we were on the other side of the junction). I then turned left and left again and into the top end of St Pauls, stopped at another red and the orange MTB lady filtered through the traffic, overshot the white line, sat there for a few minutes, then just rode through another red light.
I didn't catch up with her again, but anyone shouting anything from a car at a cyclist is only going to get a mouth full of abuse.
Good luck orange MTB lady, let's hope you don't become a statistic.
