    Parcel seems to be stuck in Korean customs. I've phoned up the shipping company and they said they'd investigate. Got an email this morning saying that I need to get the reciever to call customs to help get it to clear.

    Obviously this is going to be an issue as the seller doesn't want it back anyway... What should I do? Ask PayPal what to do?

  • If the seller is unwilling to assist in getting it cleared from customs I would asssune that PayPal would treat it the same as the recipient not accepting return of the item, which they would ten rule in your favour.

    Let hope they refund your money and the parcel gets returned to sender (you)...
