Nope. Brought it from a guy on here knowing it was cracked but not to this extent. Though I have used it for 2 months so that may have added some wear.

Wanna try and repair before I chuck it

Should be fine, just email them saying you are first buyer and lost receipt or something .. they will replace. I've had 2 replaced like that.

Cut away all the cracked carbon to make it a flow model.
If you make a nice clean cut you will prevent the cracks from developing further.
