Yeah, it was absolutely some of the best cycling I've ever done. Climbing llanberis pass between the piles of slate was pretty life affirming. It would have been nice to get some more riding done before coming back up to York, where the landscape is ever so slightly less dramatic.
I just can't wait to get back there now, there's nowhere like it.That kit is still one of my absolute favourites by the way, it looked even better in real life.

No way! What a wee world. We got caught by the rain at the furthest point from home, ended up eating scrambled eggs in a funny wee cafe waiting for a taxi.
What a place. Beautiful weather and incredible landscape for the last two days of riding. Home now with some serious tan (burn) lines.
