I just added a screenshot of the geometry chart. The whole booklet is available here:
http://allcitycycles.com/images/uploads/3635_ACT_DefWish_Inst_F.pdfSo my one is the small frame, but it does have an effective top tube length of 57 cm, so it is not even that small. I have seen people around 6'2" ride the medium frame, which is what I would probably do as well.
